In fact we fix over 80% of support issues remotely with no need for you to wait for an engineer to call out. Our onsite support is to the same high standard as our help desk and engineers will be onsite within an agreed time frame.

We encourage our clients take out an IT support agreement with us as these agreements bring many benefits including free consultations and project management, agreed response times and a fixed price.

Every support agreement is tailored to a client’s specific requirements; there is no minimum or standard price regardless of the size of the system or number of users. Support agreements can range from having an engineer onsite five days a week to a remote support only agreement. Every agreement is different, just as every customer is different, however the one thing that doesn’t change is our commitment to you, the quality of our service levels and value for money.
